Spend your CME funds brothers, it is a new world :)

Some good info on various melanocytic entities. I'll refer to it from time to time when I am faced with a difficult epithelioid/spindle cell type lesion, just to check up on some criteria. If you have a CME fund, don't let your bosses take it as a bonus - spend it on this.
