A fantastic book and great reference guide!

In my opinion this book is truly excellent for established fitness fanatics (in my case, a runner). While it caters to all walks of life, it has such clear instructions and photos for how to change to a new breathing pattern to get health and fitness benefits. It is something completely new that I have never come across, even after years and years of running. I would encourage all runners to read and keep this book. Brilliant.

Better Fitness with the Bonus of Relaxation

I found this book very easy to understand and put into practice. The breathing technique not only has helped my fitness but also relaxation. It is amazing how this technique can make you feel calm and relaxed.
The book is written in a way that makes you understand the effect that different breathing has on your body. I didn't realise how your breathing effects your body and wellbeing so much.
